Registration
Pre-registration is suggested two weeks in advance for all programs. To receive the best housing options, reserve early. Full payment is due when you register.

Rates and Accommodations
The rates listed throughout this website include program, accommodations and vegetarian meals. Tent sites are not available from November 15 to March 15.

Arrival and Departure
Unless otherwise noted, checkin begins at 4:00 pm.

• 5:00 pm Hatha Yoga classes and Deep Relaxation class are available
• Evening meditation at 6:00 pm.
• Dinner at 6:30 pm
• Program Orientation at 7:30 pm

The program ends with lunch at 12:45 pm on the final day.

These are standard times for weekend programs. After your reservation has been processed and confirmed by the Ashram Reservations Center [ARC], you will be advised if these times apply or if there is a different schedule for your particular program. See the tentative schedule available with each program or retreat listing.

Cancellation Policies
We would appreciate 48 hours notice for cancellations. You may transfer the full amount of the program paid, minus a $25.00 processing fee, to another program within a 12 month period or request a refund, which will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the full cost of the program.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the full cost of the reservation.

Program Cancellations
SAYVA [Satchidananda Ashram Yogaville Virginia] reserves the right to cancel any program at any time.

What Not To Bring
Satchidananda Ashram - Yogaville is a tobacco-free, alcohol-free and illegal drug-free community. We ask you not to bring these items. Also, in the effort to maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for our guests and residents, we ask you not bring radios or pets.
